SP+ delivers a multifaceted parking solution to Cushman & Wakefield that offers savings and convenience to multiple user groups including: employees, visitors, and company chauffeurs in several of their key cities.

Cushman & Wakefield employees in NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. can access citywide parking information through customized landing pages that include:

  • Parking locations sorted by neighborhoods
  • Posted rates and special employee rates
  • Access to discount coupons
  • Special monthly parking rates
  • Visitor parking information

The C&W program also enables employees to request Preferred Customer Cards that deliver exclusive rates at select locations. Employees simply present the card upon exit and the C&W parking rate gets automatically calculated. Employee Preferred Card requests are facilitated via customized online forms that are linked to their program landing pages.

Lastly, SP+ also delivers a special Chauffeurs Room at a nearby NYC Central Parking garage that serves as a dispatch center for drivers and vehicles which are also parked at the same facility.
