Recognizing the importance of having knowledgeable, capable officers, we work with clients in creating custom training programs that allow our staff to understand and become better aligned with the property’s security needs. We train all employees on an array of topics ranging from defense and emergency preparedness to communication and customer service.
We monitor our officers to ensure satisfactory-on-the-job performance consistent with our high service and performance standards. Our management team verifies that each new employee has participated in the appropriate training programs and makes regular site visits. Customer surveys enable us to benefit from direct feedback and observations regarding service levels and employee performance.
