We simplified and improved the service order request process by providing clients with a secure web portal to connect directly to our facility maintenance team. From any computer, clients can submit service requests, monitor active or pending work orders and review invoices for their property.

The online platform integrates with our facility maintenance management system, enabling our managers and dispatchers to schedule client-approved work orders onto the maintenance calendar, assign technicians and monitor work in progress.  At the property, our maintenance team use mobile devices to update work order statuses, provide service notes and details that may be important for billing or future service calls.
