The Operational Excellence department assists with improving a location’s Net Operating Income (NOI) by conducting market research, and consulting on pricing, parking equipment and tools, and payroll costs.
The Internal Audit department provides independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the Company’s operations. It helps the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk assessment, control and governance processes.
