I joined the company in October 1998, and since then, have seen many things change dramatically – from technology to regulations. However, one thing I noticed that hasn’t changed is our dedication to customer service. As long as we remain focused on delivering excellent customer service to our clients as well as our patrons, we will remain successful. Our services set us apart from the competition. Technologies will change and everyone will adapt, but like they say, you only get one chance to make a great first impression!
