How far in advance should I make my reservation?

There is no time frame on when you need to reserve, but we suggest clients provide us with ample notice. For last minute reservations, there may be added expenses due to driver overtime or other extenuating circumstances. The more notice we have to create your reservation, the better we can generate schedules.

Can I change my reservation once I submit it?

Of course! We ask that you provide us with at least 72 hours (3 days) notice of any changes so we can effectively communicate these changes to your driver. Additionally, your change is subject to equipment and driver availability.

Do you require a deposit? When do I pay for the service?

SP+ Transportation does not generally require any deposits. However, for reservations with a combined balance of $2,000 or more, may require a 50% deposit, refundable per our cancellation policies, outlined in our Charter Terms & Conditions. Otherwise, SP+ processes all payments on a once-per-week basis. On Monday each week, all credit card payments for that entire week (Monday-Sunday) are due. If paying by cash or check, these must be received no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled reservation. All reservations require a valid debit/credit card to confirm your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

A Vehicle Type of any capacity, may be cancelled, up to 240 hours (10 days) from the aforementioned Pickup Date and Depart Time (“Departure”). A Contract that is cancelled, or a reduction in Block Hours, within the aforementioned cancellation period, is non-refundable, non-transferable and may forfeit any deposit(s) paid. At conclusion of service, any unused miles, scheduled trips and/or remaining Block Hours become forfeited, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What is your hourly minimum?

SP+ Transportation is proud to operate a technology-driven, competitive, on-time, and efficient operation. Our charter rates are unmatched by competitors. In addition, SP+ operates a fleet of all new coaches. As such, we generally require a four (4) hour minimum on all charter services, with the exception of airport or cruise transfers, which are provided at a lower cost for a one-way transfer.

I am going on a cruise. How many bags can you accommodate?

Our coaches can generally accommodate 1-2 large bags per passenger. Please contact us regarding luggage capacity.

Can I request a specific driver?

We’re happy when clients build a rapport with our drivers. When booking, simply let us know! We will do our best to assign your requested driver for your reservation.

Is smoking allowed on your coaches?

SP+ does not allow smoking onboard any of our coaches. However, your driver would be happy to make rest stops for you.

Why can’t I just get a ride to and from the event, rather than having the bus sit idle?

Without taking into account our four hour minimum policy, there are other complications involved, especially during concerts or sporting events. While we try hard to accommodate clients in every way possible, there may be circumstances that would require you to reserve the coach for your entire event. Sometimes there are challenges for your coach to re-enter the event area thus resulting in a significant delay in transporting you back.

Can I request a color?

All of our coaches have white exteriors, with the exception of our 18 Passenger Presidential Limousine Party Bus and 23 Passenger Luxury Mini Coach. If your preferred color is available at the time of booking, we will do our best to accommodate your color preference.

Can I extend my reservation?

Absolutely! However, please give us prior notice to ensure vehicle availability. Vehicles are often scheduled for multiple events in one day, therefore extending your reservation period may not be possible. However, we will evaluate our fleet and try our best to accommodate your request.

Can my driver be a tour guide?

At SP+ Transportation, we are focused on the safety of passengers and drivers on the road. It is important that your driver focuses on driving and not be distracted with providing guided tours. SP+ has a team of wonderful tour guides who would enjoy sharing their knowledge of Seattle. Ask us about it.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve all major areas within the Puget Sound & King County Region. For an additional charge, we are happy to transport to/from/within other areas of Washington State, parts of Canada and other surrounding states.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards. Please ask about our payment due date policies. Corporate clients with SP+ Transportation accounts may pay through ACH/wire, or business checks.
