Welcome to our New Team Members who recently joined our operations.
Scott joined SP+ as the Regional Manager overseeing operations in the DC Metro area and is responsible for a portfolio of mixed-use properties including 60+ commercial parking facilities, universities, large event venues and parking enforcement operations. Scott began his parking career as a part-time valet in Baltimore during college and was quickly promoted to a managerial position from there. His relentless pursuit of efficiency, innovation and love for technology landed him a managerial role at SpotHero. At SP+, Scott strives to consistently find value for his clients by leveraging technology and rethinking operational designs to maximize efficiency, decrease costs and increase revenue.
Jasmine joined SP+ as the Office Manager in Baltimore. Jasmine came to SP+ from a competitor where she was involved as being the Office Manager and Event Planner as well as having her hands in Social Media, Risk Management and Customer Service. She created a claims database which helped her team keep track of how much money was being paid in claims yearly. She looks forward to working with her team in growing the Baltimore region, and we are lucky to have her as our new Office Manager.
Jorge Grillo Canelo
Jorge Grillo joined SP+ as a Facility Manager for our commercial properties. Jorge brings extensive parking experience after working in both commercial and hospitality operations. Jorge is a proven leader who anticipates challenges and rises to the occasion to proactively address them. He often shows critical thinking skills. However, it is his ability to study, observe, anticipate and assess matters that make him stand out as an impactful leader.
Senior Facility Manager
Ryan Girard joined SP+ in as our new Senior Facility Manager at MGM National Harbor. Ryan is an operations leader with over 15 years of experience in the parking industry that specializes in customer service, safety, relationship development and financial management. Ryan is a proven leader with success in managing large and complex parking facilities while implementing strategies to improve overall operations. A strong believer in a “family” atmosphere at work, Ryan regularly organizes volunteer work and outings with employees to foster relationships.

Matt Radcliff was recently promoted to Senior Manager in Richmond after joining SP+ in 2016 after spending much of his tenure at MGM National Harbor. Matt started out as a valet at The Hotel Roanoke in 2008 and brings over 10 years of industry experience to his new role. He has been instrumental in many new site openings during his career and has served in various settings, from small commercial operations to full service convention hotels and everything in between. Matt oversees operations in Richmond, Norfolk and Newport News.
Hamdoon Himidan “Moody” was promoted to Facility Manager at the Embassy Suites from the doorman at Hotel Monaco.
